The following terms and conditions may apply for purchases of products and services from Trimble or its affiliates, unless there is a separate written agreement between the parties.

• Offering Terms, which apply to purchases of Trimble offerings, primarily for software, SaaS, and subscriptions, and related services.

• Terms and Conditions for Services, which apply when referenced in a statement of work or similar document for the provision of services by Trimble.

• Terms and Conditions of Sale, which apply when referenced in a quotation or similar document for the provisions of certain hardware-centric products and services by Trimble.

• Early Access Terms and Conditions, which apply to the use of certain pre-release features and functionality in Trimble offerings by customers who do not have existing terms governing access to Trimble pre-release software in their agreement.

• Apple Apps Additional Terms, which apply to iOS, iPadOS, and MacOS applications licensed from Trimble when these additional terms are referenced in a quotation or similar document for the provision of products and services by Trimble.

• Android Apps Additional Terms, which apply to Android applications licensed from Trimble when these additional terms are referenced in a quotation or similar document for the provision of products and services by Trimble.

• Trimble Marketplace Terms of Sale, which apply to purchase through the Trimble Marketplace.

• Supplemental Terms for eCommerce Purchases, which apply to purchases through a Trimble online store or portal governed by the Customer Terms, Offering Terms, Site Terms of Use, or Learn.Trimble Terms of Service.

• eCommerce Transaction Terms, which apply to the purchase of certain products and professional services through Trimble eCommerce solutions when referenced in that eCommerce solution.

• Terms of Purchase, which apply when referenced in a quotation or similar document for the provisions of goods to Trimble.

• Product Environmental Compliance - product life cycle, sourcing, conflict minerals, quality, safety, disposal, etc.
