The best way is to create a “closed loop” workflow. First, a feasibility budget is developed based on past project costs. Then, a detailed estimate is prepared using owner specifications. This estimate is used for budgets in project management, ERP, and accounting solutions. After the project, actual costs can be sent back to Modelogix for future use.
