Press release Trimble Construction France

Joinville-le-Pont, Tuesday, February 7, 2023, Trimble Construction France announces the launch of the 1st Edition of the Trimble Education Awards for Structures, Fluid Networks and Architecture.
The Trophées Education de la Maquettes Numériques - Réseaux Fluides are evolving and becoming the Trimble Education Awards.
The success of previous years' Educational Awards for Digital Mock-ups - Fluid Networks, encouraged Trimble Construction France to evolve and open the competition to the Structures and Architecture sectors for 2023. The Trimble Education Awards are reserved for students and trainees at Bac +2 to Bac +5 level with a connection to the building, structures, architecture and fluid networks sectors. The aim of the competition is to highlight the know-how and initiatives of students and their educational establishments, who are actively participating in the digital transition in the building sector.
As part of this competition, students are given the opportunity to present a model of their choice (normally their end-of-year project) to be assessed by a jury made up of professors and industry professionals. This gives students first-hand experience of what their future role will be, as well as the opportunity to win prizes and be featured in trimble.mommunications.
To help students and trainees take part, Trimble is making its flagship CAD/BIM software available free of charge, including Tekla Structures, SketchUp, Trimble Nova and Stabicad for AutoCAD or Revit. Participants will also have access to other products such as Trimble Connect, a collaboration platform, and MEPcontent, a BIM object library.
The event will take place online, a format that facilitates access to the competition for many schools and students from all over France.
